NOPD crime scene investigators have arrived at the corner of Gravier/Loyola, where a woman was reportedly shot in the chest around 1:30 this afternoon.
Weird turn of events as someone is being detained on the other side of the park. NOPD and state police are here. An officer told me a person is being detained after "fleeing a scene where someone got hurt."
