A third suspect has been arrested in connection with a shooting investigation on Mouton Street in Opelousas
NOPD is investigating a Homicide of an unknown man dead and an unknown man injured happened in the 7900 block of Chef. Upon officers arrival the officers located 2 victims suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. One man died on scene. The second victim is at a local hospital
