St. Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office: Around 8:30 am, a woman called 911 and told a dispatcher she had just shot her daughter and that she was going to shoot herself. The dispatcher then heard what appeared to be a gunshot. The mother in her 40s and daughter in her 20s both died
